Patient Services Coordinator

Mia is the first point of contact at Baywell and is our Patient Services Coordinator in the San Francisco office. She schedules new and existing patients, answers phones, supports the doctors with daily tasks, and manages the office. Before joining Baywell, Mia received her B.A. in Ethnic Studies at UC Berkeley. Previously, they worked as an assistant in the Student Affairs department and as a Research Coordinator for faculty in the Spanish Department. Additionally, Mia completed their senior thesis, analyzing and historicizing intimacy and connection between queer Latine young adults. In the future, Mia hopes to pursue higher education in social service fields and work directly to uplift her community. Outside of work, Mia loves movies, hiking, and going to sports games.
