I am a General Adult Psychiatrist/board certified Addiction Psychiatrist providing holistic, comprehensive treatment to address psychological, emotional, and existential concerns for adults of all ages. I practice both individualized medication management and psychotherapy, depending on the needs of the individual. I believe that everyone’s life journey is both unique and complex, and better understanding this allows for improved therapeutic outcomes.
I have expertise in treating a broad spectrum of disorders and conditions, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, OCD, ADHD, psychosis, insomnia, trauma, substance use addictions, and behavioral addictions.
My approach to psychotherapy integrates my training in psychodynamic therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment, motivational, and mindfulness-based therapies. I always strive to create a warm, empathetic, and collaborative environment for my patients to address their concerns and help them achieve personal goals and fulfillment.
