Mandy Kaupp ensures all aspects of the office are running smoothly. She handles business operations and logistics for this growing practice, leads the administrative team, and oversees insurance and patient accounting. Her many years of experience working in the insurance field and managing medical and mental health practices has given her the ability to expertly navigate insurance contracts and benefits. Together, the administrative team provide excellent customer service and help patients access the high quality mental health care that Baywell offers. She has a B.A. in Psychology and Women’s Studies from UC Santa Cruz.
