Juliana Mastro

Juliana Mastro is the first point of contact at Baywell and is our billing specialist in the San Francisco office. She assists with patient billing and works with insurance to ensure claims are paid correctly. She also supports the doctors with daily tasks and manages the office. Previously, she has volunteered as a counselor for an emotional crisis line. She is currently studying to earn her Masters in Public Health with an emphasis in Behavioral Health. Her goal is to guarantee her
community’s access to resources and knowledge that foster both mental and physical well-being. Outside of work, she enjoys training in Muay Thai, lifting weights, going to concerts, and discovering new foods.
