I am a General Adult Psychiatrist who aims to support my patients in living a fulfilling life. My approach to treatment is integrative, which means that together we focus on the whole-person holistically. We work together to understand what health and wellness means for you, what symptoms are getting in the way, and create a plan to address these concerns, and ultimately live a richer life. I approach care through medication management and psychotherapy, working with the patient to determine whether either or both treatment approaches fit well. My psychotherapy style is eclectic, drawing from a range of psychotherapeutic approaches, though I primarily work through a psychodynamic lens and have completed additional training at the San Francisco Center for Psychoanalysis.
