Dr. Christina Toutoungi provides psychotherapy and medication management to adults and seniors. She enjoys partnering with individuals to explore and ameliorate challenges associated with life transitions and relationships. Her therapeutic goal is to foster wellbeing with a holistic and integrative approach to mental health. Dr. Toutoungi completed her residency training at University of California San Francisco where she pursued training in multiple therapeutic modalities including psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral and emotionally focused family therapies. She pursued additional training in psychoanalysis at the San Francisco Center for Psychoanalysis. She received the Laughlin Family Foundation Award from UCSF for excellence in therapeutic skills and dedication to the welfare of patients and in her last year, served as chief resident at the San Francisco VA Medical Center.
