I am a general adult psychiatrist, and I provide psychotherapy and medication management for adults of all ages. I enjoy meeting patients where they’re at and getting to know them well over time. My areas of expertise include treating mood and anxiety disorders, trauma and loss, as well as major life transitions. When providing psychotherapy, my approach is mostly based on open-ended psychodynamic therapy although I also incorporate elements of cognitive-behavioral therapy, emotion-focused therapy and mindfulness skills. In addition, I have a particular focus on the importance of planetary health for human health and I am interested in supporting patients impacted by climate change and other social determinants of mental health. My practice at Baywell is 100% Telehealth.
