Our clinicians provide consultations and ongoing treatment by telehealth, which is conducted by live video on a computer or smartphone.
1Find a quiet, private space Choose a comfortable location where you will not be interrupted during your appointment.
2Join the waiting room a few minutes early Click your doctor’s waiting room link to get set up. Your device may prompt you to install or update Zoom for the best experience.
3Be ready when your doctor admits you Your doctor will admit you at your appointment time. Select computer or phone audio, and turn on your video so your doctor can see you.

Zoom HIPAA compliance
The Zoom software used by Baywell is HIPAA compliant to protect your privacy and security in accordance with federal laws. We encourage our patients to review Zoom’s HIPAA compliance datasheet for more information.
