Payment Information

We are committed to making mental health care as accessible and affordable as possible.

If you are paying privately for sessions, you may inquire with the administrative office for our current rates. We will provide you a receipt for your records or for you to submit for out-of-network reimbursement.

We are also contracted in-network with the following insurance companies:

  • Aetna
  • Anthem Blue Cross
  • Blue Shield with mental health coverage by Magellan
  • Blue Shield of CA plans (except HMO and Medicare plans)
  • Cigna
  • Lifesynch Humana
  • MHN

We strongly advise new patients who are billing through insurance to call their insurance carrier and clarify their benefits prior to starting treatment to avoid unexpected financial hardship.

All Baywell patients are asked to keep a current credit card authorization on file. We keep this information secure and use it to charge for services rendered.

We kindly ask for a 48-hour cancellation notice. If not received, we charge for the missed session.
