COVID-19 Resources

Baywell Psychiatry Group is now offers several ways to help you cope during COVID-19:

Nervous System Reset Class: This is a skills-based class to discharge stress and promote relaxation led by Dr. Carson Brown. We will be using gentle movement and breathing techniques to release tension and support our bodies in finding balance and ease. Each class will include check-in, warm-up, large muscle engagement, sensory awareness and guided relaxation. Keeping things playful, we will give the mind a break and the body the care it deserves. You will learn simple, effective tools for settling the nervous system that you can use any time. This class is suitable for all fitness levels and no previous experience is needed. This class will be offered on Tuesdays at 2:30pm to 3:15pm starting on May 12th.

COVID-19 Support Group: There are few spots open in our online COVID-19 Support Group that will begin on Monday, May 11th from 1:15pm to 2:35pm. This group is for individuals looking to foster support through building relationships with others during this challenging time.
