We are committed to making mental health care as affordable and accessible as possible. Our office accepts payment for sessions in a variety of ways. If you would like to pay privately for sessions, you may inquire with the administrative office about our rates. We are also contracted with the following insurance companies:
- Anthem Blue Cross
- Blue Shield (If mental health benefits are covered by Magellan. Please call your insurance company.)
- Lifesynch Humana
- Kaiser (If mental health benefits are covered by Magellan. Please call your insurance company.)
We strongly advise new patients to call their insurance carrier and clarify their benefits prior to starting treatment to avoid unexpected financial hardship. If you are not in network with the above insurance companies, we will provide you a receipt to submit for out-of-network reimbursement.
All Baywell patients are asked to keep a current credit card authorization on file. We keep this information secure and use it to charge for services rendered.
We kindly ask for a 48-hour cancellation notice. If not received, we charge for the missed session.
